Expansion tank 




 Expansion tank is hot water heating system and central air conditioning system, an important component of water, its role is to accommodate and compensate for shrinkage expansion of water systems. 
 The expansion tank is generally the highest point in the system, usually connected to the circulating pump (central air-conditioning chilled water circulation pumps) water near the mouth of the return water pipe. 
 Expansion tank is a welded steel containers, a variety of sizes of different specifications. Expansion tank usually take the following channels: 
 (1) expansion of water in the system cares for the increased expansion of the volume of heat into the expansion tank (and return roads connected). 
 (2) The overflow pipe for the discharge of the water level inside the tank exceeds the excess water. 
 (3) signal tubes used to monitor the water level inside the tank. 
 (4) loop pipe in water and freezing may occur when the expansion pipe, used to make the water cycle (in the tank at the bottom of the central location, and return corridors connected). 
 (5) for the sewage outfall. 
 (6) water inlet valve is connected with the cabinets of the float, the water level below the set value of additional water through the valve. 
 For safety reasons, the expansion pipe and overflow pipe installed on any valve is not allowed
